We collect and process personal data through contact forms, newsletter subscriptions and other enabled means, for the following purposes:
The legal basis for processing is the express consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in certain cases, as well as the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship where applicable (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from such purpose. In any case, the legally required retention periods shall apply.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except for legal obligation or where strictly necessary for the provision of the service (e.g. hosting providers, email delivery services or web analytics tools). In all cases, such third parties act as data processors under the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending a request to contacto@dentalbrain.io, attaching a copy of their ID or equivalent document to verify their identity.
Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that their rights have not been respected.
